1. What DEPTH4 provides

DEPTH4 is a macro intelligence research platform. It ingests news and related sources, runs automated analysis, and surfaces theses, signals, feed updates, and related research tools. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, or personalized financial advice service. See our Risk Disclosure for important limitations.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security, legal, or abuse risk.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid tiers (such as Insider and Pro) are billed through Stripe according to the plan shown at checkout.
• Where a free trial is offered, billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Prices, features, and trial terms may change; we will present current terms before you confirm purchase.
• Plan features — including what is included in Free, Insider, and Pro — are described on the pricing page and in the product at the time you use the Service. They are not guaranteed to remain unchanged.
• We may add, remove, limit, or move features between tiers, or discontinue parts of the Service, as we develop the product. For the Free tier, we may make such changes with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
• For active paid subscriptions, material reductions to features included in your plan will, where required by law, be communicated in advance (typically at least 30 days before they take effect on your account) and will generally apply at the start of your next billing period after notice. You may cancel before then through billing settings or the Stripe customer portal.
• Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, changes to plans or features do not entitle you to grandfathered access, refunds, or credits for prior periods.
• Refunds, if any, are handled according to applicable law and the billing terms shown at checkout.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through account billing settings or the Stripe customer portal where available.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Upload malware, interfere with platform operation, or impersonate others.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Service output except as expressly permitted.
• Submit content you do not have rights to use or that violates third-party rights.

Public lite API feed. The read-only endpoint /api/public/tradingview-overlay provides a lite macro overlay snapshot (direction, room, and a short cause line) for personal research, TradingView tooling, and attribution-backed discovery. You may use it for non-commercial personal workflows if you attribute DEPTH4 and link to depth4.com. You may not commercially redistribute, resell, or mirror the feed as a competing data product. Poll at most hourly and respect published rate limits. The full D1–D4 thesis cascade and live fleet remain on the Service and are not licensed through the lite feed alone.

5. AI-generated & user content

Much of the Service output — including theses, probabilities, trade-plan fields, feed summaries, and assistant replies — is generated or assisted by automated systems. Such content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must perform your own due diligence before relying on it.

If you create community or personal theses, you retain ownership of your submissions, but grant DEPTH4 a license to host, process, display, and analyze that content as needed to operate the Service.

6. Intellectual property

DEPTH4 and its licensors own the Service, software, branding, and underlying technology. Except for the limited right to access and use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEPTH4 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, TIMELY, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT DECISION.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEPTH4 AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO DEPTH4 IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Changes to subscription plans, pricing, or tier features are governed by Section 3 above in addition to this section. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
